This year the SA Comedy Series will return to the Center For the Arts Mainstage. We will be holding 2 different shows on the night of Friday, 3/30/2018.

  • First show will start at 6pm (doors at 5:30pm)
  • Second show will start at 9pm (doors at 8:30pm)


Ticket Info:

  • You can reserve your ticket from Monday 3/12/2018 @ 9am - Monday 3/26/18 @ 4:30pm through our online ticket reservation system.
    • You can pick up your ticket at the SBI Ticket office (221 Student Union). They will be open from 10am-4:30pm Monday - Friday with the exception of Spring Break (3/19-3/23).
  • If you fail to reserve your ticket online before 3/26/18 @ 4:30pm, you can come to the SBI Ticket Office (2nd Floor of the Student Union) from Tuesday 3/27 - Friday 3/30 from 10am- 4:30pm.
  • Tickets are Reserved Seating NOT General Admission.
  • You MUST bring your UB ID with you to receive a ticket.
  • You can reserve/pickup 1 extra ticket to bring a friend or family member, but they must be with you when you enter the CFA.
  • If you want to sit near your friends, you must pickup your tickets together (if you get a guest ticket, you can pick that up by yourself).
  • You CANNOT pickup tickets for other UB Undergrads.
  • You can verify your ticket reservation by visiting our ticket website where you registered.

Ron Funches is a very funny stand up comedian with a unique delivery and lovable demeanor. You may know Ron from NBC’s POWERLESS. Ron’s other television appearances include, starring in NBC’s UNDATEABLE, recurring roles on Comedy Central’s @MIDNIGHT, THE KROLL SHOW, DRUNK HISTORY ABC’s BLACKISH and many more. Ron has multiple stand-up performances on TBS’s CONAN O’BRIEN SHOW and NBC’s THE TONIGHT SHOW WITH JIMMY FALLON. Ron’s voice-over credits include BOJACK HORSEMAN, BOB’S BURGERS, HOME and the Dreamworks animated film TROLLS.


Alex Moffat is a New York-based actor, stand-up, writer, and current cast member on Saturday Night Live. He hails from Chicago where he performed with The Second City's Bizco and Boatco, The Annoyance, iO, Zanies, The Comedy Bar, and The Public House Theater. He appeared in NBC’s sketch comedy pilot, and can be seen in the films "A Conspiracy On Jekyll Island" with Minnie Driver and "Uncle John" with John Ashton.


Anna is a comedian, writer, and actor living in Brooklyn, NY. She is currently a writer for Saturday Night Live. She is the editor-at-large of Reductress, a satirical women's magazine (Forbes, “ Best Websites for Women”), and is the coauthor of Reductress' debut humor book, How to Win at Feminism (HarperOne). She's written for Cracked, MTV, Thought Catalog, Nylon, the Daily Dot, and has been featured in videos on CollegeHumor, Above Average, Buzzfeed, and the Funny or Die.




Streeter Seidell is a comedian and writer for "Saturday Night Live." Prior to SNL, he spent eight years as a cast member and writer at, acting in many of the site's sketches, including "Prank Wars" which was spun off by MTV into "Pranked," a show he co-hosted for six seasons with Amir Blumenfeld. Seidell was also a cast member on VH1's "Best Week Ever" and History Channel's "I Love the 1880's." He has written for the New York Times, ABC's "Trophy Wife," Mental_Floss Magazine, McSweeney's, Wired and The Washington Post
