SA will be running a "Penny War" fundraising competition all week long in which club councils compete against each other throughout Spirit Week. Each council will have a designated jar for donations, and each jar would be placed at a designated table at each spirit week event. At the end of the week, the council who has raised the most money will be declared the winner. Although this is a competition between councils, donations from all UB students are obviously encouraged and accepted. The winning council would be announced at Carnival, and would also earn free pizza at their next council meeting. Clubs and organizations will earn one community service credit if 5 club members donate throughout the week.
