We are encouraging students to donate any of the listed products. Our goal is to gather enough items to fill 300 Comfort Kits; enough to provide for victims of sexual violence seeking help at Erie County emergency rooms for one year. Health Promotions Services will put together the kits once we have collected all the items during the week. The Comfort Kits include a supply of travel-size personal care items for the victim to clean up after their forensic exam, and a clean change of clothes to wear home (many times clothing can be damaged in the attack or taken at the hospital as evidence). All items should be new, unused, and in original packaging. Toiletries can be travel-sized. Items can be dropped off at the Student Affairs Department Office on North Campus at 362 Student Union, or at the receptionist desk, a sign-in sheet will be available for clubs to sign up.
