Event Volunteer Opportunities

This form is exclusively for UB Student Association Clubs and Organizations to sign up for fundraising opportunities.

 

Currently we are looking for clubs to help us at Spring Fest on 5/3/2024 & 5/4/2024

 

SA offers some of the best entertainment available on campus for the UB Undergraduate students. We often need some help to make these shows a success.

Right now SA is providing some fundraising opportunities for SA Clubs at our upcoming events. Your club will receive $18 per-person, per-hour, that your club can provide for each of the shifts listed.

Friday May 3, 2024:

  • 5pm - 9pm: Help with setting up tables, chairs, dressing rooms, hanging signage, bike-rack, etc.

 

Saturday, May 4, 2024:

  • 11am - 3:30pm: Help with setting up tables, chairs, dressing rooms, hanging signage, bike-rack, etc., potentially guarding some gates.
  • 3pm - 10pm: Assist with tasks related to running the event. Guarding different gates and/or locations. Pizza will be provided during dinner.
  • 9pm - 2am: Help with packing up tables, chairs, dressing rooms, hanging signage, bike-rack, etc.
